What You Will Do:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will combine your deep technical knowledge of industrial SAAS applications and AI along with your strong sales IQ to showcase TwinThread’s Industrial Operations Platform’s capability to solve enterprise B2B manufacturing and equipment management companies’ industrial challenges with unprecedented speed and effectiveness.
How You Will Do It:
You will be the primary technical communicator in the sales process, and will work directly with our sales account executives, both direct and indirect, on developing and delivering on account plans. You are a critical part in helping prospects visualize the journey to the lifetime value of the platform, using your deep industrial domain expertise to help them identify and prioritize their use cases. You will show our customers and prospects the optimum way to configure TwinThread’s revolutionary data collection, data contextualization, and AI-based analytics and modeling capabilities along with the platform’s out-of-the-box applications to address their most pressing production and operational challenges.

On TwinThread’s acquisition of new customers and on the growth of our business within existing customers.

Responsibilities
- Gain a strong understanding of each prospect and customers’ business challenges
- Connect with the technical team of each prospect and customer. Understand their concerns and needs and ensure they are communicated to the broader sales team
- Show, via demo, presentation, case study, etc., how the TwinThread platform can rapidly and completely meet prospect objectives, from concept through to scale
- Effectively transition customers and prospects to the Customer Success team.
- Build data sets, demos, videos, and other collateral to showcase TwinThread’s unique capabilities
- Provide technical training to the TwinThread sales community
- Act as a subject matter expert to the Marketing, Technology, and Customer Success teams as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience applying technology in industrial environments
- 3+ years in software technical sales with a track record of success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with industrial automation or machine learning solutions is a major plus
